Chat Sessions:

How To Chat. Enter your "Nickname" and click "Connect." Chat messages are displayed in the chat message area. Type your message in the text box below the message area. Lengthy messages cannot be processed so type in one sentence at a time. Do not use real individual or organizational names or addresses. When finished chatting, to leave the chat room, click the "Log Off" button.

(Chat Buttons: "About" button displays information about ParaChat in the message box. "Surf!" button opens a new browser and displays the last URL typed in the message box. "F.A.Q" button displays the Chat F.A.Q. in a new browser. "Float" button displays the chat window in a floating browser.)

Ground Rules. Chatters agree not post any of the following material:

• Material which defames, abuses or threatens others.
• Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive.
• Unauthorized copyrighted material.
• Material that contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images.
• Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
• Material that does not pertain to the chat room topic.
